Our approach

Every episode and article starts with the same question: what does the evidence actually say? We talk with researchers and clinicians, read the studies ourselves, and try to explain the findings in plain language — without overselling what the science can promise.

Who's behind it

The Body Clock Podcast is produced by Circady Health, a company focused on evidence-based support for hormonal balance, gut health, and metabolic wellness. This podcast is our space for education and honest conversation — it's editorially independent from our product content.
